How does the free trial work at Doggpound MMA?
Do I need to book my trial or can I just walk in?

We prefer bookings through our Free Trial page so we can prepare for you, but walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
➡️ Parents interested in kids’ classes can walk in Mondays or Wednesdays between 5:30 PM –7:30 PM.

What should I wear or bring for my first class?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and indoor shoes. You may train on mats, which is done barefoot. If you’re doing a striking class, we’ll provide loaner gloves if you don’t have your own. For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wear athletic clothing — no special gear is needed for your first visit.

Can parents watch their child’s class?

Absolutely. We encourage parents to watch from our viewing area during the class. For safety reasons, parents don’t join children on the mats, but you’re welcome to cheer from the sidelines and see your child in action.

What happens after my trial?

After your intro and free class, our team will go over membership options, uniforms, and equipment packages based on your chosen style. Most new members sign up right at the front desk after their trial.

Do I need to complete a waiver before training?

Yes — all visitors must complete a waiver before participating in any class. You can fill it out online in advance here:
